Take charge of your challenges
and rise above.

I get it—you’re feeling drained and overwhelmed by life’s transitions, whether it’s starting a new job, welcoming a baby, relocating, or facing relationship changes. These shifts bring unexpected emotions that can be tough to handle alone.

I’m here to help, offering individual and couples therapy to support you in managing these challenges. Together, we’ll work on building the skills to navigate life’s changes confidently and find renewed balance and fulfillment.

You deserve a therapist who feels like a trusted partner, someone who provides a safe space to explore all you’re going through with understanding and compassion.

About my work

Together, we’ll work on building a healthier, more resilient relationship.

Individual Therapy: DBT for Mindfulness and Resilience

  • For individual therapy, I draw on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help you develop mindfulness, build emotional resilience, and strengthen your relationships. DBT offers practical tools for managing stress, reducing emotional suffering, and finding balance in your life.

Accessible Online Therapy for California and Oregon

  • I provide teletherapy for adults and couples across California and Oregon, giving you the flexibility to receive high-quality care from the comfort of your own space.

About me

Outside of my work as a therapist, I find joy in the simple pleasures of life—spending time in nature, exploring music, and cooking outdoors with my family. With young children, I appreciate the adventure and grounding that come with outdoor activities, whether hiking, exploring, or just enjoying a meal around the fire. These experiences keep me balanced and inspire me to bring a warm, grounded perspective to my work with clients.
